A literature search and multiple editorials search was undertaken by the author to identify articles on moral analysis of medical terminology. A search was done to find important posts on moral arguments and topics associated with ethical issues for the use of open debate and open discussion using the MEDLINE (PubMed) database. We investigated articles from three databases: Medline, EMBASE, and Cochrane databases, first accessed in February 2019 to discover available articles on different topics on moral issues based on the date of request for the EMBASE search and the author’s full-text search. Relevant articles were further examined by full-text search for each one of the six authors. We identified only articles on moral questions and open discussion from the EMBASE database, with a search limit of two full articles and one full meta-analysis. From the Medline, we obtained 63 full texts, full titles and abstracts, all containing articles from multiple search engines, of which 17 (95.3%) were primary sources. Two articles were excluded with no title or abstract. Of the three articles that were also excluded, one case study did not report moral arguments, one case study did not included moral arguments and only one case study did not report moral arguments. The three cases study contained only 3 of the 10 moral arguments. The authors’ moved here search disclosed only articles with an abstract included in this study, yet we were unable to verify the case study. The three supplementary case studies and one meta-analysis on morality with moral arguments were published in four languages: English, German, French and Italian. Non-English-language articles were selected from the rest of the world. Article titles in the original English language and the following Portuguese and Spanish languages were excluded: six pre-selected case studies and one meta-analysis were excluded. Only three articles had an abstract. There was no English-language article. The sample size of the four cases study was determined to be 160 and the study included 843 cases.
