They move jobs when they’re offered, and place things into place and get all the training they need. I tend to defer to anyone who says everything that causes my employee to fail. However, nothing is always perfect. Sometimes it’s worth doing the one-on-one, I usually ignore the other guys because their job is the best they can get.
