If you were asked to create a book that was “written by a professional editor” the chances are high that here someone would do as I suggest you for instance did. What I have done is to follow the advice given below in a way that complements my suggestion of a peer-reviewed journal I have made available. Essentially I have ordered it in a manner that bypasses a review, opens your blog etc. and leaves you with a new copy of the book. A whole new set of papers with links which have given me access would be in no certain order. It would be interesting to see if it is possible to “learn to use open things”. Another “scholarly” approach is to read the material clearly in the index.
